Nursery group, Clarence House Day Nurseries, has acquired Woodside Children’s Nursery in Sleaford, Lincolnshire which is registered for 50 children.

Woodside was established in 2005 and caters to children aged from three months to 11 years.

The nursery also provides before, after and holiday clubs, as well as a school drop-off and collection service.

Clarence House Day Nurseries runs 15 nurseries in the East Midlands and the East of England.

The owner brought the setting to market in order to retire.

The sale was facilitated by childcare and healthcare broker, ‎Redwoods Dowling Kerr.
