Christie & Co has announced the leasehold sale of a vacant former nursery within the David Lloyd leisure club in Monifieth, Angus.

The site, which previously operated with a capacity for up to 58 children, is located within the leisure club and provides childcare services for both club members and the public.
Following a sales process with Martin Daw at Christie & Co, it has been sold to Francesca Paesano and Caroline McDiarmid, who have reopened the setting seven days a week.

Daw said: “The nursery was highly valued by the staff and club members at David Lloyd Leisure Club, as well as families within the local area and it was a pleasure to have been a part of the journey of helping the new owners, Francesca and Caroline, in securing the lease of the premises.

“I believe that the nursery will flourish under their ownership and could even lead to more exciting opportunities for them.”

The lease was sold for an undisclosed price.
