Specialist business property adviser, Christie & Co, has announced the sale of Spire View Nursery in Salisbury, Wiltshire.

Set in a popular, leafy residential area of Salisbury in Wiltshire, Spire View Nursery is an established setting registered to care for up to 65 children aged three months to five years.

It occupies a converted detached property with large playrooms and a unique outdoor learning experience.

The setting has been owned by KiddiGalore since 2006 and was brought to market because the operator wanted to exit the market in this location to concentrate on her setting closer to home.

Following a sales process with Rachel Godwin at Christie & Co, it has been purchased by Rose Lee and Melanie Johnson of Melrose Nursery.

This is the group’s fourth setting, and its first outside of London.

Godwin said: “It wasn’t plain sailing throughout the sales process, but we got there in the end, and I am excited to visit the setting in the coming weeks and see how things are developing.”

The setting was sold for an undisclosed price.
