Christie & Co has overseen the sale of Monkey Puzzle Day Nursery and Preschool in Golders Green, north west London.

Established in 2016, this 42-place nursery is highly regarded in its local community, having received several awards and accreditations, including Millies Mark, NDNA Quality Counts Platinum, and Healthy Early Years London.

It is located in an affluent and desirable part of north London, occupying a prominent position set back from the main road in this densely-residential area.

It has been owned by Sana and Oliver Foss-Smith since 2016 and was brought to market to allow the pair to focus on their other business interests.

Following a confidential sales process with David Eaves at Christie & Co, the nursery has been purchased by Kido Schools UK, which has an ‘Outstanding’ nursery just up the road.

Philippe Sachs, chief executive at Kido Schools UK, said: “We are very pleased to have added this lovely setting to our existing Golders Green one.

“This will allow us to continue to take in children from both the local community and amongst our teachers.”
