The Government has confirmed a feasibility study is underway to push forward plans to rebuild Perryfields Academy in Oldbury, West Midlands.

Part of the Broadleaf Partnership Trust, the school serves around 1,000 pupils.

And it has now been prioritised for redevelopment as part of the Department for Education’s School Rebuilding Programme.

Experts from the Department for Education have already been to the site and will spend the next 16 weeks plotting the best way forward to redevelop the base in Oldacre Road.
